2 Drains blocked causing flooding when we have rainfall

There are two drains on the corner that are blocked. Every time it rains it causes flooding. There are also 2 potholes and the biggest one fills with water and is then hidden by water. This will cause major vehicle damage as the pothole cannot be seen.
