Several large potholes
Reported via mobile in the Potholes category anonymously at 08:48, Tuesday 6 February 2024
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5537184.
There are several large potholes on the corner after the bridge that are starting to join together. As they are on the corner it is impossible to avoid them as you would have to move across into the other carriageway where there is opposing traffic.

Potholes are still there and getting worse. Drivers are now swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid them. Please fix urgently.

Still not repaired. Update by council on 7th February said "Works have been raised to repair the area. We aim to complete repairs within 14 working days." That took us to the 26th February, it's now 30th April. Can we please have a realistic update about when this will be repaired? Vehicle components are being damaged and at some point someone is going to swerve into the other lane to avoid it and hit another motorist or God forbid, a cyclist seeing as we have a lot of cyclists come through the village, numbers of which are only going to increase as the weather gets better.
