Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5523992.

A Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked problem has been found by Northumberland County Council Foot path outside Ladbrokes Marygate are uneven and loose, this resulted in me falling badly, this happened in October 23 and I ended up in hospital. The pavements are still in this condition.
