Litter bins are overflowing in Wooler like normal

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5515564.

Litter bins are full plus the the bus station is total mess with litter, never been picked for months, this has been the case when the regular old man who normally empties the bins does this job.. The Market Place and the High Street is a disgrace with litter alongside the kerb line. This is not the fault of the winds but due to laziness in my eyes
