Water Leak part way up narrow bank turning to ice, extremely dangerous.

Reported via desktop in the Gritting Request - Footpath category anonymously at 11:54, Monday 15 January 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5444745.

There is a water leak up Narrow Bank, Felton that has previously been reported and going on for months, but not yet fixed. This runs down onto Bridge end, it is now turning to ice and very dangerous. My friend who is in her 80's fell on it last night ( 14/01/24) and is injured as a result. There is no grit bin at the bottom of the Narrow bank and there should be for safety of residents. This route is used daily by staff and pupils from the Pumpkin Pie nursery in West Thirston, but because it is not being attended to, and there is no grit bin nearby it is unaccessible when icy and dangerous all other times. People are being injured by this and will no doubt result in claims against the council or even worse, seriously injured.
