Tree blocking right of ways. No way round it

Reported via mobile in the Trees affecting highways or pavements category anonymously at 12:05, Thursday 4 January 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5392639.

There is a tree now completely fallen and blocking all rights of ways through the treeline. This whole section of treeline (plessey road to laverock) is near inaccessible for horses, as was not cleared like the treeline from laverock to new hartley since the storms in 2021. Please could this larger tree be looked at urgently? It will be a struggle for walkers, and near impossible for bikes/pushchairs/horses etc.
