Traffic or warning cones from works to lampposts not removed

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5366366.

After two years on the holes around the lampposts have finally been filled but you or Persimmons could not be bothered to remove the cones. Please remove these cones. Why always half a job?
