A Flooding problem has been found

Customer reports flooding of road shortly after coming off A1 and at several places along the road to Low Cocklaw. Customer has professional carer services attending her several times daily and they have been worried about the depth of the flood water causing damage to their vehicles. Please can this be looked at URGENTLY??
