North end Beacon Lane Cramlington Blocked

On Friday 1st December, Keepmoat housing have linked their 2 development sites on either side of the northern end of Beacon lane Cramlington, by digging up the road and completely fencing it off across the road. There is now no way to get access to the lane for pedestrians or cyclists who use the road daily for various reasons (commuting to work/exercising etc.). There have been no notices placed to warn of work and route closure. Please ensure that the road is re-opened immediately, or have a suitable diversion in place for people to pass. Thanks.
