Insufficient lighting

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5272058.

Residents have complained about insufficient lighting 91EC, 92EC, 93EC. FixMyStreet ref 4803313 refers. This report was closed with message "All lights are working as planned. Only issue could be overhanging foliage some of which is private. We will pass this to relevant team for attention". Can you advise if this has progressed as it appears to be still a concern?
