New traffic lights are still not in operation

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5260156.

Station Road is much busier since the roundabout at the train station was expanded. Mobility scooters, wheelchairs and anyone on foot are finding a wait of several minutes for a clearance to cross and almost have to run to avoid oncoming traffic. Vehicles will not stop without the lights telling them to Please fix this big problem
