The lights have been out for over a month now and you’ve done nothing. You’ve sent me an email today to my previous report saying that’s it’s rectified.

As photo shows, it’s not rectified so please do not close reports down and distort your repair response time figures

If anyone slips in the oncoming ice then it’ll be NCC that are culpable.
