These bushes and tree are blocking the foot path and the parking area.

The tree and the bushes, there are several are over grown and unkempt they are massively invading half the area where we are supposed to park our cars and they are also blocking two thirds of the foot path, you can not walk this way if you have a child in a buggy as there is not enough room. The are way too over grown and invade the public space blocking the carpark and the walkway.

Still nothing has been done. I made a phone call 4 weeks ago and was told someone would be appointed to the complaint, they were in fact shocked that no one in 12 months had been assigned to it. The said they would get back to me, but the have not.

I called County Council 7 weeks ago and they all seemed shocked that nothing had been done about this even though the complaint is over a year old and told me they would get right on it and call me back,, nothing has been done and they did not call me back. I rang again this week, they could not find the complaint then I gave them a ref number and they found it...Again she could not understand why no one had called me back.. I asked why am I waiting for someone to call me back ?, made no sense, no one needs to call me back you have the pictures you have the complaint now do something about it. she said she didn't know but someone would call me back, well it's a week now and they haven't, I'll call then again on Monday, the 25th March 2024, Isn't this disgusting, shame on all of them.

I have called on 5 different occasions and keep getting told how shocked they are that this problem has not been sorted out yet, 18 months later, even thought they have cleared an area less than 50 yards away from this area, Un believable, I am now told it has been pass on to a particular guy, I will not name him as yet but I will in time, that was 2 weeks ago, lets see what happens now that he has the issue on his desk...Can you believe this nearly 2 years later and they have still NOT cut theses tress and bushes.

I have called and called and called and called, every single time I get fobbed off with someone saying that someone will call me, they never do. What a disgraceful service and a disgraceful attitude. The above pic is twice as bad now because it's been almost 2 years since the original one was took.

Disgraceful and nothing but disrespect from the Council department I keep getting put through too. Passing me off every single time, 13 times I have called them, still nothing is done. My friend fractured her wrist cleaning a section close by, she is about to sue them. I'm disgusted and angry as the mess now covers most of the pavement and the public don't walk that way now. SHAME ON MORPETH COUNCIL .

I think we may have somemprogress finaly having waited almost 2 years. I called again 4 weeks ago to see what what going on and spoke to a real nice girl who was a shocked as I about the whole affair. A guy called about 30 minutes later to say he has seem the offending area and letter would be sent to 2 address ( that actually con fused me because the problem for me was just one house) but I'm not about to contradict anyone. However there is no change in the offending bushes and trees, Ill be calling the council again tomorrow.

Ok, so, As stated I got a phone call from a guy who said he had been out to the offending property seen what I was talking about and was going beck to his office to issue a letter to 2 addresses, I was a bit shocked as there is only one offender that I can see and who's trees are blocking the path.. Nearly 5 weeks later, NOTHING, NO change at all. I did call again for the 9th time 2 weeks ago and was told that they couldn't see what was going on as the system wouldn't let her into the site... I called a week ago to be told that although not sure the people or person are given an unusual amount of time to comply with the letter, as in 3 months... You have got to be joikng.
