Can you please advise who I have to report unroadworthy vehicles with no tax, MOT and insurance to? There's 7 outside the scrap yard in Delaval and 3 on the pavement outside totally blocking the footpath meaning you need to go into the road to pass, and with the increase traffic from the new houses and extra businesses, its now only time until a serous accident or god forbid a fatality happens down there now. Some of these vehicles have open windows and litter now being thrown inside and a health hazard and also one van has been there over 18 months now
