Big puddles due to subsidence

Level of footpath now below surrounding verge so becomes a big puddle in the rain. Very muddy with lots of leaves in the puddle. Grass verge saturated so have to wheel pushchair through puddles. No street lighting so I am just getting wet feet in the dark when I walk home from work. Does not feel safe due to darkness and slip hazards
