Numerous potholes / rapidly deteriorating road surface.

The photos are just three examples of numerous dangerous potholes on the stretch of single-track lane between West Molesden Wood and the junction with the Meldon Road to the west. The edges of the carriageway in particular are breaking up and subsiding in many places due to almost daily use by heavy vehicles. Soft verges have suffered significant damage where large vehicles have pulled to the side to allow others to pass.
