Damgerous tree

Very heavy and large old tree branch directly over the road unsupported by any other branches. Another branch of that particular tree broke off directly into the road a couple of weeks ago and blocked it completely; part of the join to the trunk was rotten so presumably the branch remaining will be in the same condition. If it broke off and landed on anyone it would be catastrophic. It hangs over the road to two houses.
