Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 10:52, Thu 16 November 2023

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5218752.

Dear sir/Madam.

THESE KERB STONES ARE DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE CORNER SHOP CALLED A & G FOOD AND NEWS. CONVENIENCE STORE 3 West MARKET STREET. lynemouth.

I intend to sue for compensation, for injuries that i recieved from tripping and falling over these raised kerb stones.

I have an independent witness who seen my fall and helped me back to my feet.

My tripping/falling accident due to the disgusting state of the footpath, happened at 1510 pm, on Friday the 10th of November.

After getting back onto my feet after tripping/falling over these raised Kerb/stones ,i had pain in my lower back, grazing to my elbows and pain in my knee.

When i got back home i then phoned Northumberland county council. reporting my incident, leaving description of incident, stating location where my accident happened, leaving a voice message asking for telephone call back after .leaving my name and phone number.

I now intend to seek legal guidance, due to your offices ignoring my incident, not bothering to contact myself, about my injuries etc,.disgusting. these footpaths are in disgusting condition, but as this is lynemouth we are left to our own devices ,had this path been Morpeth High street this would have been repaired.

This footpath is a danger to the public, i await your RESPONSE. i will not be ignored ,i expect a response by end of week,

I have had pain /distress since the 10th of November,
