Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5204151.

30 Rowan Drive Tenants left the property on the 3rd November. They have left a substantial amount of bagged and un bagged items to the front of the property. There has not been any sightings of the landlord nor the tenants, so the rubbish has been left to rot and blow around the street! thanks
