Drains/gullies

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5203825.

The drains/gullies/gutters all down Whorral Bank are all blocked with leaves,litter, silt and weeds. So the rainwater is unable to clear and is running down the road instead
