Multiple street lights still off

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5186512.

Four street lamps out of order since June. Reported on numerous occasions without success. Three holes dug and refilled, no lights fixed. We have contacted councillor Jeff Watson who is aware of situation. I have contacted Northern Power Grid via Facebook and been advised that lamps are the property of yourselves, we're going around in circles and still no street lights in back lane. We have had to purchase a security light to protect our property. Next course of action will be the Northumberland Gazette.

  • The electricity supply to the street lighting unit has failed. Northern Powergrid are responsible for the power supply. We have notified NPG of the issue. The standard response time is 35 working days
