FixMyStreet ref: 4895874. The overgrown vegatation is making thus PROW a danger to use. The Culvert that runs adjacent to the PROW forms a boundary with the farmers field is the responsibility of NCC and requires maintenance to keep the culvert clear of obstruction.the lack of maintenance to the overgrown vegatation is a Hazard for the public to traverse safely .
