Water coming out from under the pavement

Overflowing man hole has now got worse and the water is coming out under the pavement. Been reported before but as the drains are full water is building up at the bus stop, the pavement is flooded and there’s a river running down that side of the road for about 350m until there’s a drain that isn’t blocked. Further rain forecast this week so it will only be made worse. Nothing has been done since the last storm.
