Small drain away pipe at the junction is blocked

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5150056.

At the end of Manchester Street there is a small pipe which allows the pooling water to drain, this pipe is blocked with silt / leaves, when it's blocked off the water flows onto the pedestrian path, it needs a set of draining rods to clear it, it's an ongoing problem and needs a better system installed
