Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5133845.

Over flowing bins. Street stinks. Rubbish all over attracting rats. Nothing been done about it this has gone on for months. Once bins are too full rubbish is just chucked in the street. Ruining our street
