A branch snapping problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5131755.

We logged it to OOH on the 18th Oct as there was signs of up to 15 branches snapping and with the winds on Friday 2 did a near miss with a child can we please look into this ASAP...OOH did go out and said they would pass the work back
