Tree in my garden

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4981439.

The tree in my garden is covered in spiderbeatles that are falling onto the kids when they play outside its attracted loads of wasps that now are attacking anytime kids are in garden can i possibly have the tree removed or remove it myself please as its casuing loads of problems and kids cant olay in garden anymore
