Street light off as is subway light

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4976852.

Street light off, subway light off and street lights off beside parkside roundabout ! Extremely dark at night. This has been a problem for the last two weeks . I live in my own and feel very vulnerable when coming home .

  • Thank you for your report. This street lighting unit will be attended within the next five working days, as will the one in the subway. The lighting in the roundabout is off because of a fault on the underground cables that are the responsibility of Northern Powergrid and they are aware of this.

  • Problem not fixed. Lights still off on roundabout and subway. Street light outside of house is intermittent , not on when dark so house and end of cul de sac in darkness

  • Subway fixed , lamp post in Poole close outside no 18 flicks on and off then stays off from 9 pm, have reported this about 4 times now via online and telephone calls ,
