Overgrown hedgerow

Hedgerow is so over grown it is now practically impossible for pedestrians to use the footpath. To see oncoming traffic you have to step into the middle of the road. Children use this route daily, more so next week when they return to school resulting in an increase in traffic and restricted visibility. The hedge is where the new school is planned to be built. This has been an issue for approx 8 weeks.
