Poor cond

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4949088.

This foot path is in a poor cond and not wide enough to get wheel chair over if some one is coming the other way it has been cut trough and over grown with grass and weeds and there is no droped kerbs on this estate for ease of wheel chair users
