Gutters blocked and weeds growing on path

Gutters blocked by vegetation growing since they were last cleared early in the year. Water cannot drain effectively. This is a problem along a big section of road. Weeds growing through footpath, again on a large section of Hexham Road.

    Fallen leaves now causing blockages with rain causing some flooding as a result. Leaves are rotting and smell
