Writing has worn off

This has been an issue for approximately 3 years. This part of the road gives us access to our garage, my husband is a locksmith/ safe engineer and is often on 24 hour call. As the writing has faded on the road stating “keep clear” people continue to park there which blocks our access to the garage. This is becoming a real problem when my husband needs access to work equipment stored in the garage. We have put a notice on the garden gates however it is mostly ignored.
