Large metal box dumped on public footpath leading to Ellington just past allotments.

This metal box was dumped approximately 6 weeks ago. It is on the public footpath just beyond 5 th Row, Linton. It is not the responsibility of any allotment owner as it’s beside a public footpath. It’s an eyesore.
