Tree’s overhang road causing birds to dedicate over parked vehicles

Reported via mobile in the Trees affecting highways or pavements category anonymously at 15:22, Sat 29 July 2023

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4838467.

The trees opposite 25 and 27 Lysdon Ave hang over the road so far that when birds are perched or nesting in the trees they are deficating over my works van which is parked on the road and my personal car which is parked on the drive, they also cover the pavement on our side of the road too. The trees are planted on the side of the road where Hartley Court is. Could these trees be cut back in line with the curb on the same side as the trees were planted?
