Grass cutting of banking outside my property

Sent to Northumberland County Council 35 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4833414.

The bank outside my property, Marmion, has not been cut this year. I have now resorted to cutting it myself. When discussing this with the council operative he claimed the bank "is not on my phone so I cant cut it" The mapping system has apparently changed and this strip of land is no longer showing as NCC responsibility.

NCC have always been responsible. Unless this is rectified immediately, I shall assume responsibility has ceased and this is now my land in which case I shall move my fence accordingly. I will also be billing NCC for my time in cutting the grass on the land. So far this is £120. Let me know what you propose.

You should note your records show this has been reorted months ago and i have received no response.
