No road signs

I would like to highlight an issue with the road layout between ashington leisure centre, home bargains, pound stretcher and surrounding off roads. When the road was resurfaced, there is now what appears to be 2 roundabouts however, there is no signage for roundabouts, and also no road markings indicating this. This causes a lot of confusion for road users and is likely to cause an accident, and/or unnecessary road rage due to drivers being unsure hat this junction is.

Could this please be looked into.
