Tarmac broken up on the road

Ppl been out twice to fix this problem as you will see from my attached photos the tarmac has broked up after 5 days again and the issue is there again! Hopefully 3rd time lucky it will be fixed properly. Living in hope of not been woke up around 4 inthe morning when the cars start coming around .
