Heavy rain yesterday caused flooding over paths. Both drains at head of cul-de-sac outside 26 Ghyll Edge full of silt. Problem has been increasing over last few months, recent heavy rain exacerbated problem.

Dear NCC. Following heavy rain yesterday (19th July), the head of the cul-de-sac outside our property was completely flooded & extending over our drive this time. Please can you address urgently please as concerned that further heavy rain may impact upon our property. Many thanks
