Road drains blocked, large volume of water coming down my drive

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4789780.

Road drains not taking any water away after heavy rain. i went out with a brush to our nearest drain (corner of no. 29} western way} to see if i could do something but couldn't. The drain was not taking any water away. A small river was coming over our curb into the drive and flowing against the house {no.33} .
