Illegal pit bik

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4769764.

There is another unlicensed pitbike driving around on the road the boy riding it look about 12 he drives around on the streets and roads recklessly and is putting others in danger by the way he drives!!!
