Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4711502.

This property is at risk of structural failure. Reason being,the retaining wall supporting this property is not designed for that purpose.for this reason Gloster Park is an unlawful development,even after 30 years this is still the case. Northumberland County Council want the property owners to pay to rectify this problem and cover up their mistakes as they failed to notice these issues at the time of construction.
