Well firstly, I never reported a blocked ditch. It was the blocked gullies outside my property, as well as opposite, on the other side of the road. This problem has been reported by myself numerous times over a period of years and you just continue to ignore me. All the while, causing the gullies to become even more blocked with compacted dirt and leaf foliage. I really don’t know what is wrong with you over there at NCC but resolving my issue is clearly and blatantly is of no importance to you. I get flooded everytime it rains, causing me considerable distress.

The Council have still not turned up to clear the gullies and continue to ignore this ‘fix my street’, action. This is clearly just another failed strategy set up by NCC to dupe tax payers into thinking that you actually work.
