Good morning could someone please get this sorted, the trees outside my property and many other properties in the same street are being taken over by the trees , they have been reported over and over and yet nothing had been done. A few years ago you managed to trim back appropriately 6 inches with minimal effort and the result is its now growing over my roof as can be seen on the photos attached , this now needs rectified.

    Nothing has been done to fix this I have had no contact from the council I have had to pay to get repairs to my roof carried out ..... absolutely furious
