Fly tipping by neighbours

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4653456.

The residents from 5, Hamilton Terrace keep fly tipping at the corner opposite their house. The boxes that are dumped are the same as the newly purchased items in their garden so it's not hard to know where they have come from. Can signs and or a dummy camera be put up please as this is making the neighbourhood look scruffy and could encourage vermin.
