Grass is very overgrown

Hello, There is a patch of grass between the upper a lower parts of Tenter Hill that has not been cut for a few years. It is now very overgrown and a variety of weeds are beginning to grow in it. I would cut it myself but I do not have a petrol strimmer. Please could this patch be added to the grass strimming when the car park grass on Church Street/Tenter Hill junction is cut?
