Multiple 10 inch wide pot holes outside my home

The area outside our house has so many large pot holes that it is almost impossible to get in or out without damaging the vehicles or even tripping over. Note that they are located in the turning circle outside our house which does not belong to my property (confirmed in title deeds plus multiple cars park there at various times)
