External water stopcock tarmaced over when resurfacing pavement outside 26 Linden Way,NE20 9DP

Reported via desktop in the Utility Works (Gas,Water,Electric,Telecoms) category anonymously at 12:44, Fri 2 June 2023

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4623288.

As above, the external water stopcock access flap on the pavement was tarmaced over when the pavement was resurfaced by NCC.This was reported st the time but not actioned.I now need to isolate water access to my house and so need the external water access flap exposing. Not a big job but I don’t have a metal detector to find it.My only other option is to dig up the pavement which I obviously don’t want to do.Thank you.
