Over 90 potholes and the road is not flat

Previous repairs are not level. New pot holes keep appearing. Road in poor state of repair. Road is difficult to drive on and cars are driving in the middle to avoid the pot holes. Cycling/ mobility scooters can be hard to use because of the number and size of the potholes.
