Speed indicator display sign broken

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4592177.

The 30mph speed indicator display sign does not work. Speeding vehicles through Embleton are a problem, and this sign is near the school where children regularly walk. Identical signs in neighbouring villages (Christon Bank x2, Hipsburn) do work correctly and have a positive impact on vehicle speeds. I would like to see this sign operating correctly please.
