Damaged/ protruding manhole cover in grass - damaged by grass cutters

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4591462.

Inspection/manhole cover & kerbstones damaged by grass cutters - in grassed area next to lamp post and gate at side of 1 Stoneleigh, Hepscott. Initially thought to be Northumbrian Water however they confirmed not theirs, NCC.
